ADHD Assessment

Have you always wondered why focus, organisation or follow-through feel harder for you than for others? Many adults reach their thirties, forties or beyond before ADHD is considered, often after years of compensating, coping or being told to "just try harder."

Our comprehensive adult ADHD assessment is grounded in the Australian Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guideline for ADHD. Over two to three sessions, we take a careful look at your history and current experiences using a structured clinical interview, validated questionnaires, input from people who know you well, and cognitive testing where helpful. Because difficulties with attention can have many causes, we also consider other explanations such as anxiety, mood, sleep or learning differences, so you get an accurate answer rather than a quick label.

You'll receive a feedback session to talk through the results, along with a detailed written report. The report includes practical recommendations, and if appropriate, it is suitable for sharing with your GP or a psychiatrist to discuss medication options.

Whatever the outcome, our aim is to help you understand how your mind works and what support will make a real difference.
